How do I get started?
- Sign up for a free account
- Get 6 free trial credits upon signup
- Visit the Image Generator
- Enter your text prompt or upload images for img2img
- Click "Generate Image"
Do I need design experience?
No! Gempix2 AI is designed for everyone. Simply describe what you want in plain language using our txt2img feature, and the nano banana 2 AI will create the image for you.
Credits & Pricing
What are credits?
Credits are the currency used for image generation. Each image generation costs credits based on the image size and quality settings.
How much does it cost per image?
- Text to Image (txt2img): 1 credit per image
- Image to Image (img2img): 1 credit per image
- High resolution and special features may require additional credits
Can I get free credits?
Yes! New users receive free trial credits. Check our pricing page for current offers.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase more credits anytime from the pricing page. Choose from pay-as-you-go or subscription plans.
Image Generation
How long does it take to generate an image?
Most images are generated instantly (within seconds) thanks to our nano banana 2 technology. Complex images may take slightly longer.
What image sizes are available?
We support multiple aspect ratios:
- 1:1 (1024×1024) - Square
- 16:9 (1920×1080) - Landscape
- 9:16 (1080×1920) - Portrait
- 4:3, 3:2, and more
Can I generate multiple images at once?
Currently, you can generate one image at a time. Batch processing is coming soon for premium users.
What file formats are supported?
- Output: PNG (lossless) and JPEG (compressed)
- Input (for img2img): JPEG, PNG, WebP
Text to Image (txt2img)
How do I write effective prompts?
Check our Best Practices guide for detailed tips. In short:
- Be specific and detailed
- Include style keywords
- Describe mood and atmosphere
- Mention colors and lighting
Can I use any language for prompts?
Prompts work best in English, but we support multiple languages. For best results, use English prompts.
What if I don't like the result?
Simply modify your prompt and generate again. Each generation only costs 1 credit, so feel free to experiment!
Image to Image (img2img)
How many images can I upload?
You can upload up to 2 reference images for image to image generation.
What's the maximum file size?
Each image can be up to 10MB. We recommend high-quality images for best results.
Can I edit specific parts of an image?
Currently, our img2img feature transforms the entire image based on your prompt. Selective editing is coming soon.
Account & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all uploads and storage. Your images are private and only visible to you.
Can I delete my images?
Yes, you can delete any image from your gallery at any time. Deleted images are permanently removed from our servers.
How long are images stored?
Images are stored for 3 months by default. Premium users get extended storage. You can download and save images locally anytime.
Technical Questions
What AI model does Gempix2 AI use?
We use Google's nano banana 2.0 model, one of the most advanced text to image generation models available.
Is there an API available?
Yes! Check our API Reference for documentation. API access is available for Pro and Enterprise plans.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes! Images you generate are yours to use, including for commercial purposes. See our Terms of Service for details.
Troubleshooting
Why did my generation fail?
Common reasons:
- Insufficient credits
- Image file too large (>10MB)
- Invalid or inappropriate content in prompt
- Server temporarily busy - please try again
My image quality is poor. How can I improve it?
- Write more detailed prompts
- Use quality keywords ("high detail", "professional quality")
- Choose larger image sizes
- Select PNG format for best quality
I can't upload my image for img2img
Ensure your image:
- Is in JPEG, PNG, or WebP format
- Is under 10MB in size
- Has minimum dimensions of 512×512px
